A fine German violin bow mounted in ebony and silver, and made from incredible pernambuco. This bow although not branded was made by one of the German master bow makers, most likely HR Pfretzschner, Markneukirchen circa 1900.
In stunning condition with the original lapping. This bow produced a wonderful, clear, lively tone and can produce great rich and warm overtones.
